COVID-19 Information Update
We wanted to write to you all at this difficult time to explain our current position and how we are trying to ensure we can provide the best care possible for our patients.
In the last few weeks, the world has been turned upside down for all of us, and we are now facing huge challenges in order to make it through this unprecedented international crisis.
It has always been our priority to offer excellent dental care in a friendly and empathic environment, but at the moment this is sadly not possible. The decision has been made by the British Dental Association, Local Dental Committee and the government’s Chief Dental Officer that provision of dental care in dental practices must be suspended for the next 12 weeks.
During this period, we will provide a telephone service only. We can offer advice and issue prescriptions and if necessary, refer you for emergency treatment in a local hospital.
By following this advice, we can better protect our patients and staff, reduce the spread of coronavirus, and help reduce the enormous pressures on the health service. By doing this and working together, we can help to save thousands of lives.
Please bear with us and understand how frustrating the current situation is for us.
Be assured we are doing all that we can to prioritise the care for our patients at this time and will strive to return to a normal service as soon as possible.
We are keeping abreast of the latest information and we will update this newsfeed regularly with any new advice.
Please take care of yourselves and your families and do please follow all the government guidelines to help reduce the spread of this virus.
Matthew Sica and Hannah Pepper,
Prinicipal Dentists, Rock House Dental Practice
Welcome to Rock House
the friendly dental practice
We are a small, privately owned dental practice whose primary goal is to provide a friendly service and excellent and up-to-date dental care.
Our practice has the latest in modern technology, but provides the kind of individual patient care that has often been forgotten elsewhere.
We believe in taking an active role in the local and global community. We are regularly involved in charity events both locally and further afield, and we ensure our practice is as ecological as possible.
Located near the centre of the historic cathedral city of Wells, Rock House Dental Practice is easy to visit during a lunch break, after a walk around the Bishop's Palace gardens, or perhaps before a bit of window shopping.
Come and meet us, and find out what we can do for you!
