Care Plan


Preventative Care Plan


For all those of you who come to see our hygienists regularly we would like to offer our Preventative Care Plan.

Here is an outline of the benefits to you:


  • Regular dental appointments to provide:
    Clinical examination
    Checking for signs of oral cancer
    X-rays where clinically necessary (up to 2 per year).
  • Regular hygiene appointments to provide:
    Scale and polish
    Periodontal advice
    Preventive techniques to reduce tooth decay and gum disease (up to 4 per year).
  • Assessment of emergencies and dental pain with any temporary treatment required, carried out at the practice during normal surgery hours.
  • All treatment planning for future dental needs.
  • Production of study models when required.
  • All subsequent remedial work within 12 months of recommended restorative work.
  • 20% Discount off any laboratory-based treatments required i.e. crowns, bridges, and dentures.
  • 20% Discount off any fillings.
  • 20% Discount off other dental work (extractions, etc).
  • Extended Payment Scheme finance available. (over 3 months)


Plus:


  • Worldwide Trauma Insurance to protect against the cost of large unforeseen accidental damage.
  • Emergency Callout Insurance - should you need a dentist in an emergency, anywhere in the world.
  • Redundancy Cover and Oral Cancer Payment.
  • Trauma: Limit – £5,000
  • Trauma: Excess: External – £25, Internal – £125
  • Emergency Call out: Limit - £120 (£320 overseas)
  • Excess - £25
  • Hospitalisation: £50 per day after first day
  • Facial Scarring: £50 to £500
    Compensation Up to 5cm = £50, 5 cm – 7.5 cm = £100, Compensation over 7.5 cm = £500
  • Redundancy: Plan premiums paid for up to one year, with a waiting period of 30 days
  • Oral Cancer: £2,500 upon diagnosis (effective after first 90 days of joining the plan)


The monthly payment for this is currently £15.10
